The Software Asset Manager Senior will provide expertise on Software Asset Management lifecycle, including analyzing and redesigning processes, license pooling, and procurement. They will also be responsible for software deployment, licensing, and customer service. A Hybrid role in Bogotá, Colombia.
Requirements
- 5+ Years Experience in IT Software Asset Management
- ITL/SAM Certification
- ServiceNow experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, AD Groups & SCCM
- Understanding of software publishers’ licensing models
- Experience in Service Delivery and Multicultural environment
- Background in IT
- Experience in Service Delivery and Multicultural environment
- Excel Proficiency
- Working knowledge of software products from IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe
- VSAM knowledge (opt)
- Strong English spoken
Requirements Summary
5+ years IT Software Asset Mgmt experience. ITL/SAM certification required. ServiceNow and SCCM experience. Knowledge of software publishers licenses is needed
