Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to support our DoD customer in implementing an enterprise IT service delivery model. The successful candidate will ensure effective communication and collaboration between different stakeholders, and will be responsible for inventory and accountability of IT assets, hardware refreshes, and shipping parts & equipment to the field.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
• 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data
• Ability to read and interpret management policy, Standard operating procedures, regulations, and directives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Government IT systems and asset management tools
• Ability to work effectively with a group or independently.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and wear different hats
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus.
