Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of experience in Microsoft 365/SharePoint Administration
- In-depth knowledge of large enterprise Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps & Automate administration
- Working knowledge of PowerShell for M365 administration
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident, Change and Problem management
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting
- Working knowledge of ShareGate’s Migration Tool or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, management, and customers in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
