Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of experience in Microsoft 365/SharePoint Administration
  • In-depth knowledge of large enterprise Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration
  • Extensive knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps & Automate administration
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell for M365 administration
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident, Change and Problem management
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting
  • Working knowledge of ShareGate’s Migration Tool or similar tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, management, and customers in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
