Machine Learning Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join its Core-LLM platform team. This role involves designing, developing, and evaluating end-to-end machine learning solutions focused on large language models. The team aims to push the boundaries of Generative AI and ensure the ethical and effective deployment of their technology, collaborating cross-functionally with product, research, and engineering teams. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of machine learning engineers and contribute to the future of AI at ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Experience in using AI Productivity tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
• Experience with training and fine-tuning large language models, such as distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and policy optimization.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, LLM's with a track record of applied research or experimentation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers, and NumPy.
• Proven experience in applied research, academic publication, technical blogging, or contributions to open-source ML projects.
