Machine Learning Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead a team focused on developing robust, scalable, and safe machine learning models, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves designing, developing, and evaluating end-to-end solutions, conducting experiments, and collaborating cross-functionally. The goal is to push the boundaries of AI capabilities and ensure ethical and effective deployment of ServiceNow's intelligent cloud platform.

Requirements

• Experience with AI Productivity tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) training and fine-tuning
• 2+ years of machine learning, deep learning, and LLM experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Deep understanding of AI/ML evaluation strategies
• Practical experience deploying models using inference platforms (Triton, ONNX)
• Familiarity with MLOps stacks (CI/CD, experiment tracking)
• Excellent communication skills
