Mainframe Programmer

GovCIO is seeking a Mainframe Developer to support mission-critical applications used by the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA). This hybrid role requires support for requirements elicitation, analysis, development, testing, and application-level operational support. The position will focus on maintaining the infrastructure, networking, and security of background investigation systems within ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on large scale applications on a mainframe platform
• 5+ years’ experience working with customers to define requirements
• Strong proficiency working with customers to define requirements
• Strong ability to design solutions across multiple systems or sub-systems
• Demonstrated experience interacting with software application program development and management personnel
• Proficient in O365 components to include Word, Excel, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• US Citizenship and ability to hold a TS Security Clearance
