Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience working with a CMDB
• Advanced excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Detail oriented
• Work with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of IT business infrastructure elements (storage, virtual environments, network configurations, O.S. configurations)
• Experience in both hardware and software asset and configuration management processes
• ITIL certification and experience implementing a CMDB in a customer environment
• Spanish/English bilingual
