We are looking for a Process Lead to join our team in Malmö. As a Process Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing processes related to ServiceNow for our clients.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in process development and process leadership in IT, preferably related to ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and process frameworks.
- Ability to lead workshops and facilitate requirement gathering.
- Experience of working closely with both business and IT.
- Relevant academic education in IT, management, or equivalent.
- Proficient Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
