We are looking for a Managed IT Services Onboarding Engineer to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and documenting essential knowledge, managing outstanding tickets, and assisting with billing accuracy and license management.

Requirements

  • Collect and document essential knowledge required to support the Client Service Desk
  • Manage and monitor outstanding tickets for the MITS Onboarding team
  • Assist with billing accuracy and license management for multiple platforms and services
  • Maintain, update, and improve Knowledge Base articles
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for clients
  • Own and maintain the Client Fulfiller licensing process
  • Support the User Provisioning team by setting up new users and processing terminations
