EXL Service is seeking a Product Owner/Product Manager with a focus on AI solutions, specifically for insurance, healthcare, banking, and retail industries. The role involves product ownership, strategy, stakeholder management, and ensuring product quality, ROI and compliance. This position requires strong skills in AI tools and enterprise SaaS, with experience in product delivery and agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles
- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation domains
- Strong background in backlog management, agile ceremonies, and release planning
- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML tools (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, UiPath, PowerBI, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Understanding of data pipelines, analytics workflows, and model governance
- Business & Domain Understanding Experience in one or more industries
- Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional squads and entrepreneurial mindset
- CSPO, POPM, SAFe PO/PM, or AI Product Management certifications are preferred
- Experience in process mining or automation is a plus
