The Manager, Reporting Solutions is responsible for leading the discovery and solution development of workforce reporting capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs. This role focuses on understanding the "Why" behind reporting requests, identifying gaps, and developing new reporting solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- Expertise in Tableau, Qlik, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
- Strong dashboard development and data visualization skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience managing reporting teams, vendor relationships, and offshore delivery teams.
- Knowledge of self-service analytics, automation, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
