We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Demand and Release Manager to oversee the demand management and release processes for SPM, IRM, ITSM, and ITAM modules. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and coordination with development teams to ensure smooth ServiceNow module updates and releases, as well as the creation of release documentation and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7 years of experience in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules
- In-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologies
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices
- Experience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
