We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITOM and ITAM to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline operations and manage IT assets. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, as is ensuring alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong expertise in ITOM and ITAM processes and best practices
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and related technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly Discovery and Asset Management
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, and CIS-SAM certifications are a plus
