Sales Specialist, Digital Workplace Services DWS

StarHub is seeking a Sales Specialist for the Digital Workspace Services team within the Enterprise Business Group. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end pipeline and opportunities for the DWS team, partnering with account managers and providing a compelling business proposal to close deals. Key responsibilities include pipeline management, lead generation, and delivering solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of managed services sales focused on day 2 operations service.
• Industry knowledge with sales certifications of IT management platforms, preferably, but not limited to, ServiceNow.
• Solution selling experience in ITSM, FSM, and familiarity with ticketing/case management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging C-Suite members.
• Clarity to drive alignment across delivery teams.
• Resilient individual with adaptability to a dynamic environment.
• Diploma or Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
