Manager

EXL Service is seeking a Product Manager-level Manager to drive product innovation, adoption, and client success. This role will own the entire product lifecycle, define product OKRs, and manage stakeholder relationships in AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI tools and enterprise SaaS, with experience in SaaS/AI platforms and understanding of data pipelines and model governance.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles
• 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation domains
• Proven success in enterprise product delivery (preferably SaaS/AI platforms)
• Strong background in backlog management, agile ceremonies, and release planning
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML tools & platforms (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, UiPath, PowerBI, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Understanding of data pipelines, analytics workflows, and model governance
• Business & Domain Understanding
• Leadership & Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
