We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Manager, AIOps to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-driven operations platform across our telecommunications infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in Telecommunications or Technology industry with a strong focus on Operations, Automation, and Network/IT systems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools
  • Strong experience with AIOps platforms and AI/ML integration in Ops environments
  • Familiarity with Low Code/No Code development environments such as ServiceNow, Power Platform, Appian, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools (Python, Ansible, etc.) is a plus
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
