We're seeking a Manager of CMC Infrastructure to lead the global monitoring and first-level recovery of live infrastructure services, while driving continuous improvement and operational maturity. As a leader, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Swift's infrastructure reliability—ensuring our services remain trusted, resilient, and ready for what's next.
Requirements
- Relevant expertise: A university degree, preferably in Information Technology or Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong vision and Leadership skills – You demonstrated strategizing, transforming, setting direction in terms of how to operate and run technology services.
- IT Operations/Service Management Experience – Experience in using ServiceNow capabilities is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – You are equipped to engage with engineers, senior audiences, diverse internal stakeholders.
