Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration, Contract Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or a similar complex regulatory environment
- Knowledge of contract law principles and best practices in contract negotiation and drafting
- Understanding of risk management principles as applied to procurement contracts
- Proven track record of independently accomplishing tasks from initiation through close out, including proactive follow-up with stakeholders to ensure completion
- Knowledge and comfortable with information technology applications including but not limited to Ariba, ServiceNow and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint
- Understanding of Healthcare Compliance, including U.S. Federal Sunshine Act, and general contracting processes and systems
- Ability to effectively manage projects and contracts in a global matrix/team environment
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
