Requirements
- 5 to 10 years data center or IT infrastructure experience
- 2 to 3 years people leadership experience (managing large team of data center operators)
- Previous experience interacting with cross-functional and global teams
- ServiceNow ticketing software experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant leadership experience in Data Center/Infrastructure Services
- Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP), ITIL4
