Manager

EXL Service is seeking a Manager-level Product Owner/Product Manager specializing in AI Solutions for either Delhi NCR or Noida. The role involves product strategy, roadmap ownership, AI-driven features, and client success. This position will translate business needs into AI-enabled product capabilities, manage the entire product lifecycle, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles, with 2–3 years in AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation domains.
• Proven success in enterprise product delivery (preferably SaaS/AI platforms).
• Strong background in backlog management, agile ceremonies, and release planning.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML tools & platforms (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, UiPath, PowerBI, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Understanding of data pipelines, analytics workflows, and model governance.
