We are seeking a talented and proactive ServiceNow Technical Consultant – ITOM to design, configure, implement, and support the ServiceNow ITOM suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10-12 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in ITOM modules
- Strong technical expertise in: Discovery & MID Server deployment, Service Mapping & CMDB architecture, Event Management and integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts and CMDB design
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client interactions
