Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR data administration, HRIS, or related field
- Experience supervising global mixed teams (contractors & employees)
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms
- Experience in data audits, data governance, and process documentation
- Experience with HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions
- Knowledge of HR data management principles, practices, and technologies
- Experience with HR systems and tools, such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools
- Experience in ServiceNow or other ticketing platforms
