Requirements
- Masters degree
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services
- 2+ years of experience in a lead role

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong plus
