Netflix is seeking a Manager, HR Shared Services to lead a high-performing team in Manila. The role focuses on strategically partnering with stakeholders to improve service delivery for shared services, leveraging data-informed insights, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. The manager will drive the execution of initiatives and lead development of innovative solutions within the Shared Services space.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent/HR in a dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of Talent/HR lifecycle processes, data governance, and service delivery
- Strong knowledge of tools used in the Talent/HR lifecycle (Workday, Google Suite, Tableau, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
- Experience in leading projects from planning to successful delivery
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Strong systems thinking and prioritization abilities
Requirements Summary
10+ yrs Talent/HR experience, deep knowledge of shared services processes, and proficiency in Workday. Experience leading projects & strong communication/influence skills are key
