Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets Accounting

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain and update Fixed Asset Accounts. This role involves updating the Fixed Asset Register, reviewing capital projects, performing monthly reconciliations, and preparing financial statements. The position requires adherence to US GAAP and SOX controls, as well as proactive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register.
• Review and analyze capital project costs.
• Perform monthly capital expenditure (CapEx) reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Business and FP&A teams.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures.
