Staff Software Engineer (Java Architect, Data Modelling)

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Analytics Team, a crucial part of the company's development and maintenance of data pipelines and semantic layers. This role involves building and optimizing data applications, leveraging data pipelines for data analysis and decision-making. The team focuses on building scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions within the Analytics Center.

Requirements

• Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Experience using Al productivity tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
• 8 to 12 years of hands-on software development experience
• Deep expertise in Java and modern enterprise application design
• Proven track record in building data pipelines, Analytical content, metrics, KPIs and Dashboards
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling and orchestration frameworks
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerized applications, and CI/CD practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills.
