Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

Ares is seeking a well-seasoned individual to lead the day-to-day operations of its datacenters and plan, coordinate, and execute remote office builds and expansions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and project management expertise.

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, storage, and enterprise software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple business units
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• 10+ years of experience as IT Infrastructure Operations Manager
• 10+ years of experience of managing people
• 10+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, executing technical projects
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Atlassian, ServiceNow)
