Pie's mission is to empower small businesses to thrive by making commercial insurance affordable and as easy as pie. The Manager, Integrations Engineering is responsible for leading the Integrations discipline within Pie's Technology organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software integration experience, either through Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) solutions or custom development
- 3+ years of experience working and leveraging IPaaS solutions
- 2+ years of experience with software development technologies (programming languages like TypeScript or C#, GitHub, Cloud Environments, etc.)
- 2+ years of people leadership experience (manager, team lead, etc.)
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Familiar with software observability and testing paradigms
- Experience with Scrum or other agile methodologies
- Experience in a product-led organization
- Experience interfacing with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Financial Applications (Intacct, Netsuite, Workday Financials), HRIS Software ( Workday, etc.), and ServiceNow
