NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise/Platform Architect to build, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules. This role involves advisory consulting, proposal development, and client interactions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, maximizing their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps and process optimization. Responsibilities include leading client workshops, technical implementation, and ensuring platform conformance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules
- 10+ years of advisory consulting and technical delivery experience
- 10+ years of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations
- 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations
- 10+ years of experience leading client workshops and translating business processes into technical solutions
- CSA, CAD, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM DISCOVERY) [2 or more], and ITIL Foundation Certifications
