The Manager - IT QA leads the Quality Assurance function within the IT department, responsible for establishing QA strategy and methodology standards, transforming the IT QA area to align with business processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in testing activities for large scale projects, using outsourcing model
  • Minimum or 2 to 3 years experience leading teams
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in managing Test Automation processes
  • Experience with resource management, financial tracking, scheduling
  • Strong communications skills including the ability communication technical issues in business terms so that leadership can evaluate options and make sound decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Experience in managing SaaS solutions/subscriptions
  • Experience in utilizing UiPath as Test Automation platform
