Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale migrations from JSM (or similar tools) to ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, integrations, and data management.
- Extensive experience managing complex, enterprise-wide IT transformation projects.
- Expertise in driving organizational change and user adoption of new systems.
- Strong ability to engage with senior executives, technical teams, and end-users.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
