Requirements

  • Expertise in driving organizational change and user adoption of new systems.
  • Strong ability to engage with senior executives, technical teams, and end-users.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment.
