This is a full-time position for a Process Improvement & Digitalization Manager in Mainz, Germany. The role involves project management, conceptualization and development of No-Code/Low-Code applications, and assessing and prioritizing technical and operational requirements for digitalization initiatives. The manager will also conduct consultations and decision support on process adaptation and solution selection.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies with a technical focus (IT, Business Engineering, etc.) or comparable background
- Project management experience in cross-functional teams
- Organizational talent
- Advanced knowledge of a project management system (ServiceNow, SAP, the Power Platform)
- A high degree of process understanding
- Structured thinking, independent working and very good communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
