As a People Services Specialist, you are the first point of contact for employees and management, managing personnel data and ensuring data quality in HR systems. You will support employees with HR processes, implement best practices, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality HR services. You will also work on process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement of the HR area.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in the HR administration field
- Solid knowledge of labor law conditions
- Experience in handling HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors and ECM) and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow a plus)
- knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- knowledge of 'automatic flows' in the Office 365 world (plus)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
