Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services in SMB environments.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and communicate technical concepts.
• Experience with project management platforms like ServiceNow (preferred).
