Galderma is looking for a dynamic and self-driven ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead the evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own the strategy, governance, and performance of the ServiceNow environment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level ServiceNow platforms
  • Deep expertise in ITSM and related modules
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integrations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred; other certifications (ITIL, PMP) a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
