Manager, Portfolio Delivery

Nutrien is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Delivery to oversee project delivery across the Finance portfolio. This on-site role involves daily operational management, resource allocation, risk escalation, and stakeholder alignment. It requires a strong understanding of financial processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in project/program delivery with 3–5+ years leading portfolios or large programs in a corporate environment.
• PMP (or PgMP) strongly preferred; Agile/Scrum and/or Prosci/change credentials valued.
• Proven resource management across matrixed teams and vendors; strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid financial acumen (budgets, forecasting, benefits) and comfort engaging FP&A.
• Exceptional communication and executive-ready storytelling; able to influence at VP/SVP level.
