Manager, ServiceNow

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to meet their needs. The role focuses on application support, troubleshooting, and ensuring ServiceNow Integration aligns with business objectives and customer expectations. Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus
• Experience with various ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, and Portal
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
