Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and charismatic ServiceNow Development Manager to lead a team focused on delivering exceptional ServiceNow solutions. This role involves overseeing development lifecycle, ensuring platform health, managing technical debt, and fostering a culture of agility. The ideal candidate will be a skilled technical leader with strong people management skills.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year direct people management experience.
  • Advanced technical understanding of ServiceNow product suites, including ITSM, ITAM, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, Sourcing and Procurement, and AppEngine.
  • 7+ years in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform architecture.
  • 5+ years of leading technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
  • ITIL and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA, or CTA) preferred.
