This role involves overseeing development lifecycle, ensuring platform health, managing technical debt, and fostering a culture of agility. The ideal candidate will be a skilled technical leader with strong people management skills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year direct people management experience.
- Advanced technical understanding of ServiceNow product suites, including ITSM, ITAM, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, Sourcing and Procurement, and AppEngine.
- 7+ years in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform architecture.
- 5+ years of leading technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
- ITIL and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA, or CTA) preferred.
