Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of working experience as a ServiceNow support resource, preferably with HRSD, ITSM, GRC and/or ITAM product expertise.
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) certification
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
