ServiceNow is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering Management to lead product development activities and oversee end-to-end engineering deliverables. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving and a strong background in modern software engineering practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 9+ years of experience in software product engineering and atleast 2+ years of experience in a management position for technical teams
- Strong background in modern software engineering practices and technologies relevant to large-scale enterprise products
- Advanced coding skills with fluency in one or more relevant programming languages
- Experience with open source tools, automation frameworks, and agile development environments
- Proven ability to design and implement effective testing strategies, including automation and performance testing
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to mentor and grow high-performing teams
