Manager, Strategic Sourcing

KUBRA is seeking a dynamic Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement efforts for key categories. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with policies. The position is hybrid and based in Mississauga, ON.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Sourcing or related field.
• 8 to 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and conducting complex negotiations.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and MS Excel.
