Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally. We have a vacancy for a Manual Tester (ServiceNow) fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert remotely.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline
- 11 years of relevant working experience in IT
- Hands-on experience in the manual testing of ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments
- Experience with ServiceNow testing practices, including Test Management and Release cycles
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems
- Experience preparing test data using SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM and HRSD modules
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and their impact on testing cycles
- Excellent command of the English language
