We are seeking a Manual Tester (ServiceNow) fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. The successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT
- Hands-on experience in the manual testing of ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments
- Experience with ServiceNow testing practices, including Test Management and Release cycles
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, regression, exploratory testing)
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Test Management, Zephyr)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experience preparing test data, ideally using SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and their impact on testing cycles
- Awareness of test automation approaches (though not required to automate)
- Excellent command of the English language
