Market Data Lead

The Lead, Market Data Services will be a strategic leader within Wellington Management's Market Data Services team, responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact, cost-effective market data solutions while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements

• Deep financial and market data services expertise with demonstrated leadership in managing complex vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, LSEG, ICE) and licensing structures; familiarity with exchange rules and reporting requirements.
• Prior experience with Optimize Spend strongly preferred. Experience with Power BI, Tableau and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and bridge business and technical needs.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, drive process improvements, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a disciplined approach to data management and operational execution.
• Proactive and resourceful with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
