Join our team as a Medical Imaging Consultant Support and make healthcare safer, better, and more reliable. You will strengthen our Support team on RIS and PACS products, deployed in clients' radiology services.
Requirements
- Bac +2/5 degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in supporting complex systems
- Master of Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid skills in operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtual environments (VMware, Citrix), IP networks, database environments (SQL language, Oracle), storage systems and backup devices (RAID, SAN, NAS, DAS, HSM archives, VEEAM backup), and high-availability systems and infrastructure (Volume Manager, Load Balancer)
- Proficient in English (especially in writing)
- Familiarity with the functioning of a radiology service, and know PACS solutions and their architecture
- Master of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently, and relational skills and customer service
