Medior Reporting Specialist

Requirements

• Strong English skills
• Practical experience with M365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Basic experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder
• Experience in visualization in SSRS and Tableau
• Basic to advanced knowledge of ServiceNow reporting platform
• Understanding the operational concept of an IT Service Desk
• Basic experience with ticketing tools (e.g. SNOW, Salesforce, HP Service Manager)
• SQL-related knowledge
• Competent in basic string manipulation techniques, date manipulation functions, aggregate functions, and filtering and sorting clauses
• Familiarity with correlated and uncorrelated subqueries, table JOIN and UNION, and basic conditional logic
• Basic understanding of views and basic troubleshooting skills for query errors and syntax issues
