We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our IT organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, working closely with business users across the company to deliver high-quality IT service solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and/or HRSD modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.)
- Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and integration methods (e.g., LDAP, SSO)
- Experience working with ServiceNow’s reporting and dashboard capabilities
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ServiceNow best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
