Member of Enterprise Technology, Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who bridges the gap between hands-on technical expertise and strategic program delivery. You'll maintain operational awareness by staying close to the systems and occasionally resolving escalated technical issues, while owning cross-functional initiatives that shape how our organization works.

Requirements

• Track record of owning cross-functional technical projects from initiation through delivery, with experience leading engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience architecting and implementing automations in Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms, with ability to identify opportunities for AI and workflow optimization.
• Foundation in IT operations (3+ years) with demonstrated progression into strategic program leadership, strong troubleshooting skills, and deep understanding of enterprise systems.
• Experience owning audit processes, establishing compliance evidence frameworks, or working with security teams on documentation requirements.
• Ownership mentality with proven ability to define solutions independently in ambiguous environments, balancing strategic initiatives with operational needs.
