The role focuses on automating workflows, streamlining data flows, and delivering data solutions to enhance recruiting efficiency and business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing ETL processes.
- Proficiency with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, SSIS, or equivalent, as well as scripting skills using Python and SQL.
- Strong understanding of data migration concepts.
- Experience analyzing and mapping source and target data fields.
