DMI is seeking a Mid Service Desk Analyst, Technician to join their team. The role involves providing IT support to CDC personnel via ServiceNow, phone, email, and chat, and troubleshooting IT incidents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 4+ Years of Experience in Deskside Support
- ITIL Preferred
